A company is looking for an IT Senior Business Systems
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate requirements elicitation sessions among
business and technical users
Document customer business requirements through formal Business
Analysis processes
Generate and analyze data/reports to provide solutions to systems
issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or
related field
8 or more years of work experience in business or systems analysis
within the IT development field
Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
Strong customer service skills and prior experience supporting
internal customers
Familiarity with advanced IT concepts, service-oriented
architecture, and web services
