Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Architect -
Distributed Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a technical champion and strategic advisor for customers
using Distributed Cloud Services
Lead solution architecture design across hybrid, multi-cloud, and
edge environments
Deliver onboarding sessions and ongoing architectural guidance to
ensure successful platform implementation
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role with
cloud-native platforms or SaaS solutions
Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security,
and application delivery
Hands-on experience with distributed architectures and container
orchestration technologies
Demonstrated success in guiding enterprise customers through
digital transformation and cloud migration
Familiarity with technologies such as API gateways, web application
firewalls, and zero-trust security
