Preferred Experience

• Work will take place outdoors
• Driver's license is required
• Knowledge of machines and tools.
• Knowledge of how to read design drawings, specifications, blueprints, technical plans and models.
• Knowledge of raw materials, installment processes and quality control.
• Hourly rate: $20-27**Compensation and incentives are determined based on productivityJob SummaryResponsible for measuring, delivering and installing materials to customer specifications and work orders.Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
  • Reviews design specifications prior to the scheduled installation to ensure materials are in stock and any special order merchandise is available.
  • Ensures proper equipment is available for the installation.
  • Maintains truck and equipment used for installation.
  • Inspects completed installation for defects, misalignments, and overall quality of the finished product. Makes all corrections as directed.
  • Communicates all issues that affect installation to Installation Manager.
  • Maintains documentation of installation in accordance with established procedures.Nature and Scope
    • Selects correct processes from clearly prescribed rules, past practices, or instruction. Seeks advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from supervisor. Deviations from the norm are cleared by the supervisor.
    • Under close supervision, exercises limited latitude/independent judgment. Work typically involves detailed checks or close review of output by a senior coworker and/or supervisor.
    • None.Work Environment
      • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
      • Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, and maneuvering material or equipment that may be heavy (50+ pounds) or awkward.
      • No travel required.Education and Experience
