Job Description:

We are a wedding venue and winery located in Temecula Wine Country. We are currently seeking an Office Staff Team Member to support our brides with their planning process by coordinating their wedding details with our venue and our contracted vendors as well as preparing important paperwork necessary for events held on our property. We are looking for someone with a positive, pleasant personality who is willing to work as a team with other staff members to ensure all events run smoothly. This is NOT a wedding coordinator position. You will NOT be coordinating weddings.The Office Staff has interaction with the bride, groom, bridal party and guests. A large part of the job requires that our brides requests are being met and their expectations exceeded. You will also interact with other staff members on the property and will need to be willing to take direction from supervisors. You must be flexible and hard working to succeed in this position. A friendly demeanor with co-workers and guests is a MUST.Most importantly, you must also be incredibly detail oriented and be able to keep track of all wedding details in a organized manner. If you are not detail oriented and are not highly organized do not apply.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Ability to problem solve and communicate with management to ensure guest satisfaction.Must be able to work well, one-on-one with assigned brides all of their paperwork. Ensure details are completed correctly and according to internal deadlines.Must be patient and friendly while responding to questions, inquiries and in-person guests.Answer inquiries quickly, track all incoming contacts from potential brides and follow up as necessary.Administer contracts for brides booking with our venue.Provide information about the venue's policies and procedures.Assist the bridal party with any requests during the event with efficiency and courtesy.Able to take direction and follow instruction from the event coordinators and management.Greet all guests with a smile and answer any questions they have and/or help with any requests promptly with a friendly demeanor.Ability to communicate with the event coordinators, office staff and other event staff to ensure accuracy of event details.Assist coworkers with additional job duties as business dictates and is required.Consistently striving to improve and do better.Comply with the attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis, including weekends.Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.Able to work with little direction and ensure the safety of all guests.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in customer service related positions is strongly preferred.Positive, people oriented personality.Data entry experience preferred.Job Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDFluent in English, bilingual in Spanish is a plus.Please email your resume to be considered for this position.
