Providing our customers with the best service is our first priority.JOB TITLE: Sales RepresentativeBASED: Eibach, Inc. 264 Mariah Circle Corona, CA 92879JOB STATUS: Full Time and Non-ExemptPOSITION REPORTS TO: Sales Manager (directly) & Assistant Sales Manager (directly)SCHEDULE: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, 1 hour's lunch Monday through Friday, with additional hours as needs arise, overtime must be pre-approved by a direct manager. Ex. Attending shows when requested.JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY: Serves our customers by selling products and meeting customer needs as requested.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experienceA minimum of two years' experience in a sales or sales support roleExperience with aftermarket automotive, race, or powersports marketsAbility to read and interpret Sales Orders and Customer Purchase OrdersAbility to work in a fast paced and challenging environmentOrganizational and time management skillsCommunication skills essentialPC literate- Word, Outlook, Excel, Accounting/ERP Programs as well as typingExcellent oral and written communicationsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailsAbility to perform currency exchange rate calculationsSelf-confident and able to negotiateAbility to build and maintain client relationships ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Work as a team to meet and /or exceed monthly sales goalsExcellent Team player within a target driven environmentIdentifies revenue opportunities through communication, programs, and other activitiesProspects, qualifies, and generates sales within the company's established guidelinesEnsures suspect identification, planning, account qualifications and needs analysis at all prospect levelsCommunicates with both existing customers and potential prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify, and drive sales leads through the appropriate pipelineWorks closely to the Sales Management Team to provide sales metrics, growth opportunities and overall communication to help maintain growth and health of the sales departmentAbility to build both internal and external business customer/vendor relationshipsAbility to effectively collaborate across multifunctional teamsResponds timely and professionally to customer requests for informationRegular and prompt attendance per assigned scheduleRegular attendance/ participation at sales and or company meetings when requestedMust be willing and able to work company shows on weekends when asked to do soKeep management informed of all activities, including timely preparation of reportsCollection and processing of sales orders with complete details such as quantity, purchase order number, shipping details etc. RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES: Sales Department - All Maintain professional and technical knowledge of all Eibach productsMaintain dealer relationshipsMonitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and salesAnswer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit termsPhone System - Must have understanding of phone system, and able to assist with answering calls as neededResolve customer complaints by investigating problemsData Entry of orders collected each dayAttend shows as needed Sales Department - Wholesale Work with our dealers to manage their day-to-day needsProcess orders, returns, stock rotations etc.Manage customer B2B websites (if needed)Maintain communication/ relationships via phone and email with each customerAnswer incoming wholesale callsManage back-order reports for each customerMonitor customer websites to ensure they are up to date with products offered, images are correct and compliant with MAP policyHave knowledge of production floor and able to give customer toursAssist in scheduling/attending of marketing events with your customersSetup new accountsCommunicate with management any trends, issues or ideas that may lead to positive metrics Sales Department - Retail Work with retail customers via phone and emailProcess sales orders and returnsMaintain communication via phone and email with each customerAnswer incoming retail phone callsBe actively involved with Forums/Social Media groups to help identify new demands/marketsAssist "walk-in" customers in front lobbyAssist with finding local vehicles to use for R&DAssist in scheduling of test vehicles with R&D garageAssist with technical support as needed Technical Sales Assist customers (retail & wholesale) with technical support on Eibach branded products.Assist with writing and up keeping installation instructions.Create case logs in Access software to document issues/resolutions for customer complaintsProcess sales orders and returnsAnswer incoming phone callsAssist "walk-in" customers in front lobbyAssist in scheduling of test vehicles with R&D garageWork closely with R&D department on the release of new productsMust maintain knowledge of installation procedures on all vehiclesSales Department - Private LabelWork with customers to coordinate the development of their branded productsWork with production to ensure customer deadlines are metCoordinate new product designs with R&D and productionWork with management to provide accurate pricing to customersWork with customers to continue expanding their product lineDevelop new customersPHYSICAL DEMANDS:Typically sits for extended periods at a desk and in front of a computer. Stand up desks are provided as well.Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and lift (up to 20 lbs.) for short periods of time.Repetitive movements - Data Entry hand movement on keyboard, phone call handlingWhile performing this job, an employee is regularly required to talk or hear.Occasional standing for extended periods of time at shows.These functions have been provided as examples of the types of work performed by employees assigned to this job classification.
