Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Lead (Contract -
Temp to Perm).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute enablement programs to enhance sales
productivity and forecasting accuracy
Provide hands-on coaching to sales representatives to improve deal
progression and CRM usage
Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and manage
onboarding and continuous training for the sales team
Required Qualifications
8-10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or
B2B sales
Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and experience with
Salesforce reporting and forecasting
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and pipeline
management
Proven ability to coach and influence salespeople with varying
styles and experience levels
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a
related field
