Job Description:

motivated and skilled Direct Sales Representative to join our

clients and expanding market reach. Your role will involve
strategic prospecting, presenting tailored solutions to potential
clients, and driving the sales process from initial contact through

industries through direct sales initiatives. Identify and target
potential clients through strategic prospecting techniques. Deliver
presentations and demonstrations of Badger Inc.’s technological
solutions to new potential clients. Manage the entire sales process
from lead generation to closing of sales. Meet and exceed personal
and team sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all sales
activities and prepare regular forecasts to monitor business
performance. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat
business through excellent service. Stay updated with the latest
industry trends to enhance sales strategies. Proven ability in lead
generation, negotiation, and closing sales. Strong communication
and presentation skills. Capability to understand and demonstrate
technical solutions. Excellent organizational and time management
skills. Capability to work both independently and as part of a
team. Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Certification in Sales Management (CSM) preferred. Additional
certifications in technology sales or related areas are a plus.
