As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping customers find insurance solutions that fit their needs and budgets. You'll receive hands-on training, marketing support, and access to a proven sales system designed for your success. Benefits Annual Base Salary Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Health Insurance Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities Prospect for new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities Contact potential clients to discuss their insurance needs Present and explain insurance options including auto, home, life, and business policies Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions Requirements Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus) Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Bilingual English/Spanish Strong work ethic and self-motivation Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing client needs Current insurance license preferred or must be able to obtain a state insurance license (assistance provided if needed)
