If you follow the system, hit the standards, and still net under $100,000 in your first 12 months, we pay the difference. Net means after normal real estate costs (splits, referral fees, brokerage fees, MLS, E O, transaction fees). All metrics are tracked inside our CRM. If it’s not logged, it doesn’t count.
