Job Description:
A company is looking for a Denials Mitigation Manager to
identify denial trends and collaborate with teams to resolve
issues.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct weekly initial denial data pulls and reviews to identify
areas of opportunity
Collaborate with internal and external partners to perform root
cause analysis and identify solutions for denial prevention
Create and maintain action plans to capture solutions and lead
accountability efforts in denial reduction
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in denial management or revenue cycle
management with hospitals
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or
Tableau
Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications, specifically Excel and
PowerPoint
